sec.96 Notice of change to policies and procedures affecting fees
This section applies if the approved provider of a QEC approved service proposes to make a change mentioned in section 95 (1) (a) that will affect— the fees charged by the service; or the way fees are payable. The approved provider must ensure the parents of each child are given notice of the change at least 14 days before the change is made. (sec.96-ssec.1) This section applies if the approved provider of a QEC approved service proposes to make a change mentioned in section 95 (1) (a) that will affect— the fees charged by the service; or the way fees are payable. (sec.96-ssec.2) The approved provider must ensure the parents of each child are given notice of the change at least 14 days before the change is made.
