sec.94 Policies and procedures to be available
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure copies of the policies and procedures required to be made and kept under section 93 are readily accessible to staff members and volunteers. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure copies of the policies and procedures required to be made and kept under section 93 are available for inspection at the QEC service premises— on request; and at all times a child at the service is being provided regulated education and care. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
