For section 99 (1) of the Act , the requirements about the following matters are prescribed— administrative space; design and maintenance of premises to facilitate supervision; educator qualifications; educator to child ratios; fencing; first aid qualifications; indoor space—general; indoor space—additional; nappy changing facilities; outdoor space—general; outdoor space—additional; supervision of educators under 18 years.

• (a) administrative space;

• (f) first aid qualifications;
• (g) indoor space—general;
