sec.79 Requirement for transport authorisation
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure a child is not transported by, or on transportation arranged by, the service unless the approved provider has been given a transport authorisation in relation to the child. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. A transport authorisation given for transportation that is regular transportation has effect as a transport authorisation for regular transportation for a period of 12 months after the day the authorisation is given.
