sec.54 Toilet and other hygiene facilities
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure— there are adequate and appropriate toilet, washing and drying facilities for use by children; and the location and design of the toilet, washing and drying facilities enable safe use and convenient access by children.
- (a) there are adequate and appropriate toilet, washing and drying facilities for use by children; and
