sec.42 QEC service premises, furniture and equipment
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure the following are safe, clean and in good repair— the QEC service premises; all equipment and furniture used in providing regulated education and care. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
- (a) the QEC service premises;
- (b) all equipment and furniture used in providing regulated education and care.
