sec.4 References to child, staff member and volunteer
In a provision of this regulation in relation to a QEC approved service— a reference to a child, other than in section 31 , is a reference to a child being provided regulated education and care by the service; and a reference to a staff member is a reference to a staff member for the service; and a reference to a volunteer is a reference to a volunteer for the service.
- (a) a reference to a child, other than in section 31 , is a reference to a child being provided regulated education and care by the service; and

- (c) a reference to a volunteer is a reference to a volunteer for the service.
