sec.20 Provision of environment free from alcohol, illicit drugs, tobacco, vaping devices etc.
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure children are provided with an environment free from the use of the following things— alcohol; illicit drugs; tobacco; vaping devices; vaping substances. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
