sec.19 First aid kits
The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure first aid kits are kept by the service while the service provides regulated education and care to children. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. The approved provider of a QEC approved service must, having regard to the number of children being provided regulated education and care by the service, keep an appropriate number of first aid kits at the service. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. (sec.19-ssec.1) The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure first aid kits are kept by the service while the service provides regulated education and care to children.
