sec.72 Definitions for pt 8
In this part— commencement means the commencement of this section. continuing staff member , of a QEC approved service, means an individual who— immediately before the commencement, was employed, appointed or engaged to work in or as part of a centre based service under the repealed Child Care Act 2002 ; and on or after the commencement, became a staff member of the QEC approved service. repealed regulation means the repealed Child Care Regulation 2003 .
