sec.7 Prescribed requirements for service waivers— Act , s 92 (1)
For section 92 (1) of the Act , the following requirements are prescribed for a service waiver— fencing; nappy change facilities; indoor space—general; indoor space—additional; outdoor space—general; outdoor space—additional; administrative space; premises designed to facilitate supervision; supervision of educators under 18 years; educator to child ratios generally; educator qualifications.
- (a) fencing;
- (b) nappy change facilities;
- (c) indoor space—general;
- (d) indoor space—additional;
- (e) outdoor space—general;
- (f) outdoor space—additional;
- (g) administrative space;
- (h) premises designed to facilitate supervision;
- (i) supervision of educators under 18 years;
- (j) educator to child ratios generally;
- (k) educator qualifications.
