sec.58 Relationships in groups— Act , s 244 (2) (g)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that the QEC service provides QEC service children with opportunities to interact and develop respectful and positive relationships with each other and with staff members of, and volunteers at, the QEC service. For this section, the approved provider must have regard to the size and the composition of the groups in which QEC service children are being provided regulated education and care. (sec.58-ssec.1) The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that the QEC service provides QEC service children with opportunities to interact and develop respectful and positive relationships with each other and with staff members of, and volunteers at, the QEC service.
