sec.42 First aid qualifications— Act , s 244 (2) (f)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that the following persons are in attendance at any place a QEC service child is and immediately available in an emergency at all times the QEC service provides regulated education and care to the child— at least 1 educator who holds a current approved first aid qualification; at least 1 educator who has undertaken current approved anaphylaxis management training; at least 1 educator who has undertaken current approved emergency asthma management training. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
