sec.21 Notice to parents— Act , s 244 (2) (c)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that as soon as practicable after a QEC service child is injured or becomes ill, a parent of the child is notified of the injury or illness and any medical attention provided to the child. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
