sec.18 Staff members and volunteers not to be affected by alcohol or drugs— Act , s 244 (2) (c)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that a staff member of, or volunteer at, the QEC service is not affected by alcohol or drugs, including prescription medications, so as to impair his or her capacity to supervise or provide regulated education and care to a QEC service child. Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
