sec.13 Information about educational programs to be given to parents— Act , s 244 (2) (b)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that a parent of a QEC service child is given the following on request— information about the content and operation of the educational program so far as it relates to that child; information about the child’s participation in the program.
- (a) information about the content and operation of the educational program so far as it relates to that child;
- (b) information about the child’s participation in the program.
