sec.12 Documentation about educational programs to be kept available— Act , s 244 (2) (b)
The Queensland approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure that— information about the contents and operation of the educational program for the QEC approved service is displayed at the QEC service premises at a place accessible to a parent of a QEC service child; and a copy of the educational program is available at the QEC approved service premises for inspection on request.
