sec.92 Revocation of service waiver
The Regulatory Authority may, at its discretion, revoke a service waiver. An approved provider may apply to the Regulatory Authority for the revocation of a service waiver applying to any education and care service that it operates. A revocation under this section takes effect at the end of the period prescribed in the national regulations. (sec.92-ssec.1) The Regulatory Authority may, at its discretion, revoke a service waiver. (sec.92-ssec.2) An approved provider may apply to the Regulatory Authority for the revocation of a service waiver applying to any education and care service that it operates. (sec.92-ssec.3) A revocation under this section takes effect at the end of the period prescribed in the national regulations.
