sec.76 Transfer of suspended service
The Regulatory Authority may consent under this Part to the transfer of a service approval that is suspended under section 72 or 73 . The suspension of the service approval ceases on the transfer taking effect, unless the conditions of the Regulatory Authority’s consent to the transfer otherwise provide.
