sec.68 Confirmation of transfer

The transferring approved provider and the receiving approved provider must give written notice to the Regulatory Authority within 2 days after the transfer takes effect specifying the date of the transfer. Penalty: $13 500, in the case of an individual. $68 700, in any other case. On receipt of a notice under this section, the Regulatory Authority must amend the service approval and provide an amended copy of the service approval to the receiving approved provider. The amendment to the service approval is taken to take effect on the date of the transfer.
