sec.64 Regulatory Authority may request further information
If the Regulatory Authority has intervened under section 62 , the Regulatory Authority may— request further information from the transferring approved provider or receiving approved provider for the purposes of deciding whether to consent to the transfer; and undertake inquiries in relation to the receiving approved provider for that purpose.
