sec.50A Approval of a place as a family day care venue
The Regulatory Authority may, at the time of granting the service approval for a family day care service, approve a place (other than a residence) as a family day care venue for that service if the Regulatory Authority considers exceptional circumstances exist. s 50A ins 2017 No. 9 (Vic) s 13
