sec.338 Transitional provision—service waivers

Despite the commencement of section 27 of the Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022 — this Law as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply in respect of a service waiver that was in force immediately before the commencement day; and the service waiver continues in force on and after the commencement day until it is revoked by the Regulatory Authority. In this section— commencement day , in relation to a participating jurisdiction, means the day on which section 27 of the Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022 comes into operation in that jurisdiction. s 338 ins 2022 No. 43 (Vic) s 38 (sec.338-ssec.1) Despite the commencement of section 27 of the Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022 — this Law as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply in respect of a service waiver that was in force immediately before the commencement day; and the service waiver continues in force on and after the commencement day until it is revoked by the Regulatory Authority.
