sec.328 Service approval condition requiring sufficient family day care co-ordinators
In this section— appointed day means the day that is 12 months after the commencement day. This section applies to a family day care service if, immediately before the commencement day— the service was an approved family day care service; and the service approval included a condition referred to in section 51(2). Despite the commencement of the 2017 Act, sections 51(2) and 163, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continue to apply to the approved family day care service until the appointed day, unless the Regulatory Authority earlier amends the service approval to impose a condition under section 55A. s 328 ins 2017 No. 9 (Vic) s 67 (sec.328-ssec.1) In this section— appointed day means the day that is 12 months after the commencement day. (sec.328-ssec.2) This section applies to a family day care service if, immediately before the commencement day— the service was an approved family day care service; and the service approval included a condition referred to in section 51(2). - (b) the service approval included a condition referred to in section 51(2).
