sec.257 Staff of National Authority
The National Authority may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions, employ staff. The staff of the National Authority are to be employed on the terms and conditions determined by the National Authority from time to time. Subsection (2) is subject to any relevant industrial award or agreement that applies to the staff. (sec.257-ssec.1) The National Authority may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions, employ staff. (sec.257-ssec.2) The staff of the National Authority are to be employed on the terms and conditions determined by the National Authority from time to time. (sec.257-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is subject to any relevant industrial award or agreement that applies to the staff.
