sec.247 Committees
The Board may establish committees to assist it in carrying out its functions. The Board must determine— the membership and functions of a committee; and the procedure at or in relation to meetings of the committee including— the convening of meetings; and the quorum for meetings; and the selection of a committee member to be the chairperson of the committee; and the manner in which questions arising at meetings of the committee are to be decided; and the procedures for reporting to the Board. A committee must give the Board any reports, documents and information relating to the committee’s functions and activities that the Board requests. The Board must report to the Ministerial Council on any committees it establishes. s 247 amd 2011 No. 80 (Vic) s 73 (sec.247-ssec.1) The Board may establish committees to assist it in carrying out its functions.
