sec.243 Voting
At a meeting of the Board each member will have a deliberative vote. A decision supported by a majority of the votes cast at the meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present is the decision of the Board. In the event of an equality of votes the Chairperson (or the Deputy Chairperson if the Chairperson is not present), will have a second or casting vote. The Board must keep a record of all decisions made at a meeting. If a decision of the Board to recommend a matter to the Ministerial Council is not arrived at unanimously, the Chairperson of the Board must advise the Ministerial Council of the reasons for and extent of the minority opinions.
