sec.24 Copy of amended provider approval to be provided
If the Regulatory Authority amends a provider approval under this Division, the Regulatory Authority must— provide an amended copy of the provider approval to the approved provider; and make any necessary amendments to any service approval held by the provider and provide an amended copy of the service approval to the approved provider.
- (a) provide an amended copy of the provider approval to the approved provider; and
- (b) make any necessary amendments to any service approval held by the provider and provide an amended copy of the service approval to the approved provider.
