sec.221 Powers of Ministerial Council
The Ministerial Council may— make recommendations to the Board in relation to the exercise of the National Authority’s functions under this Law; and refer any matter to the Board for consideration and advice; and make regulations in accordance with this Law; and do anything necessary or convenient to be done in carrying out its functions.
