sec.209 Offence to destroy or damage notices or documents
A person must not, without lawful authority, destroy or damage any notice or document given or prepared or kept under this Law. Penalty: $27 300, in the case of an individual. $137 700, in any other case. s 209 amd 2022 No. 43 (Vic) s 89 ; 2025 No. 53 (Vic) s 50
