sec.146 Establishment of Ratings Review Panel
The Board must establish a Ratings Review Panel for the purposes of conducting a review under this Division. The Panel is to consist of up to 3 members appointed by the Board. One of the members is to be appointed as chairperson. The members are to be appointed from the Review Panel pool established under section 147 .
