sec.144 Application for further review by Ratings Review Panel

This section applies if the Regulatory Authority has conducted a review of any rating levels of an approved education and care service under Division 3 . The approved provider may apply to the National Authority for a further review by a Ratings Review Panel of the rating levels confirmed or amended by the Regulatory Authority under Division 3 . An application may only be made on the ground that the Regulatory Authority— did not appropriately apply the prescribed processes for determining a rating level; or failed to take into account or give sufficient weight to special circumstances existing or facts existing at the time of the rating assessment.
