sec.141 Review by Regulatory Authority
This section applies to an approved provider that is given a notice under section 136 . The approved provider may ask the Regulatory Authority that determined the rating levels to review the rating levels. A request must be made within 14 days after the approved provider receives the notice. A request must— be in writing; and set out the grounds on which review is sought; and be accompanied by the prescribed information; and include payment of the prescribed fee. (sec.141-ssec.1) This section applies to an approved provider that is given a notice under section 136 .
