sec.107 Form and timing of application

An application for an approval in principle must— be made to the Regulatory Authority of the Part 4 jurisdiction in which the building is to be located or is located; and be in writing; and include any plan, drawing or specification as to the construction, alteration or repair of the proposed premises and building in which the premises are or will be located; and include the prescribed information; and include payment of the prescribed fee.
