Subdivision 3 Variation, suspension or cancellation of registration for breach Education Act 2015 90 (e) section 137 has effect as if: (i) the reference to registering the school in section 137(1)(a) were a reference to varying the registration of the school; and (ii) the registrar may, under section 137(4) and (5), vary the certificate of registration of the school as the registrar considers appropriate (including by issuing a new certificate of registration); (f) section 138 has effect as if it provided that the registrar may impose conditions on the variation as the registrar considers appropriate; (g) section 139 has effect as if it provided that an approval of the application ceases to have effect if the variation does not take effect within 2 years after the date of the approval.
