99 Permanent closure for safety or welfare reasons The Minister may, by Gazette notice, permanently close a Government school under section 96(1)(b) without complying with section 97 or 98 if of the opinion that the safety or welfare of staff or students at the school is likely to be at risk if the school is not closed as soon as practicable.
