81 Conditions on enrolment for behaviour management purposes (1) The CEO may attach reasonable conditions to the enrolment of a particular student in a Government school for the purpose of managing the student's behaviour. (2) Conditions are attached under subsection (1) by the CEO giving written notice of them to: (a) a parent who has daily care and control of the student or, if the student is living independently, the student; and (b) the principal of the school.
