179 Jurisdiction of NT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (1) An affected person for a Tribunal reviewable decision may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision. (2) Despite anything to the contrary in the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014, an affected person under section 178(b) is not to bear any costs for making an application unless the Tribunal makes a costs order against the applicant because it considers the application to be frivolous or vexatious.
