145G Review policy have a policy in place to provide for the review of the following decisions: (a) a decision to exclude a student under section 145D; (b) a decision to expel a student under section 145E. (2) The policy must provide for: (a) reviews of the merits of decisions; and (b) reviews to be carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the rules of procedural fairness.
