145A Notification of certain matters notify the registrar, in writing, as soon as practicable after either of the following occurs: (a) any change to the hours and days of operation of the school; (b) any incident that requires the school to close or reduces the number of students attending the school for a period. Example for subsection (1)(b) A flood or fire that requires a school to close its premises (or part of its premises) while repairs are undertaken. (2) The governing body of a registered non-Government school commits an offence if the body fails to notify the registrar under subsection (1).
