138 Imposition of conditions of registration In registering a non-Government school, the registrar must: (a) impose conditions specifying: (i) the education programs the school is authorised to provide; and
Education Act 2015 77 (ii) the year levels of the school's students; and (b) impose other conditions the registrar considers appropriate.
