133 Review of application by assessor (1) As soon as practicable after giving a notice under section 131(3) for an application, the registrar must refer the application to one or more assessors and direct the assessor or assessors to review and make recommendations to the registrar on the application within a reasonable period specified in the direction. (2) The assessor or assessors must carry out the review and make recommendations to the registrar by the end of the period specified in the direction.
