sec.54 Existing compliance notice
This section applies if— a compliance notice was given under former section 30(2) of the repealed by-law; and the compliance notice was still in force immediately before the commencement. The notice is taken to be a compliance notice given under new section 31(2). An information notice given under former section 30(5) of the repealed by-law is taken to be an information notice given under new section 31(3). (sec.54-ssec.1) This section applies if— a compliance notice was given under former section 30(2) of the repealed by-law; and the compliance notice was still in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.54-ssec.2) The notice is taken to be a compliance notice given under new section 31(2). (sec.54-ssec.3) An information notice given under former section 30(5) of the repealed by-law is taken to be an information notice given under new section 31(3).
- (a) a compliance notice was given under former section 30(2) of the repealed by-law; and
- (b) the compliance notice was still in force immediately before the commencement.
