sec.53 Existing oral compliance direction
This section applies if— an oral compliance direction was given under former section 28(2) of the repealed by-law; and the oral compliance direction was still in force immediately before the commencement. The direction is taken to be an oral direction given under new section 29(2). An information notice given under former section 28(3)(b) of the repealed by-law is taken to be an information notice given under new section 29(4). (sec.53-ssec.1) This section applies if— an oral compliance direction was given under former section 28(2) of the repealed by-law; and the oral compliance direction was still in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.53-ssec.2) The direction is taken to be an oral direction given under new section 29(2). (sec.53-ssec.3) An information notice given under former section 28(3)(b) of the repealed by-law is taken to be an information notice given under new section 29(4).
- (a) an oral compliance direction was given under former section 28(2) of the repealed by-law; and
- (b) the oral compliance direction was still in force immediately before the commencement.
