sec.48 Definitions for division
In this division— former , for a provision of the repealed by-law, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , for a provision of this by-law, means the provision as in force from the commencement. repealed by-law means the repealed Economic Development (Vegetation Management) By-law 2013 .
