sec.35 Joint and several liability
If more than 1 person is the owner of land and an owner of the land is required by an authorised person under this by-law to carry out a particular activity on the land, each owner is jointly and severally— responsible for carrying out the activity; and liable to MEDQ for all debts payable under this by-law and unpaid by an owner of the land.
- (a) responsible for carrying out the activity; and
- (b) liable to MEDQ for all debts payable under this by-law and unpaid by an owner of the land.
