sec.25 Permit holders jointly and severally liable
If more than 1 person is the holder of a controlled vegetation permit, each holder is jointly and severally— responsible for complying with the conditions of the permit; and liable to MEDQ for all debts payable under this by-law and unpaid by a holder of the permit.
- (a) responsible for complying with the conditions of the permit; and
