sec.22 Suspension or cancellation

If, after considering any representations made during the show cause period, MEDQ still believes a ground exists to take the proposed action, MEDQ may— if the proposed action was to suspend the controlled vegetation permit—suspend the permit for not longer than the proposed suspension period; or if the proposed action was to cancel the permit—cancel the permit or suspend it for a period. If MEDQ decides to take action under subsection (1) , MEDQ must give an information notice for the decision to the holder of the permit. The decision takes effect on the later of the following— the day the information notice is given to the holder; the day stated in the information notice for that purpose.
