sec.18 Grounds for suspension or cancellation
Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling a controlled vegetation permit— the holder of the permit has contravened a condition of the permit; the permit was obtained on the basis of information the holder of the permit knew was false or misleading in a material particular; the holder of the permit, in relation to a contravention of a condition of the permit, has not complied with— an oral direction given under section 29 ; or a compliance notice given under section 31 .
- (a) the holder of the permit has contravened a condition of the permit;
- (b) the permit was obtained on the basis of information the holder of the permit knew was false or misleading in a material particular;
- (c) the holder of the permit, in relation to a contravention of a condition of the permit, has not complied with— (i) an oral direction given under section 29 ; or (ii) a compliance notice given under section 31 .
