sec.95 Duration of approval
A PDA development approval has effect from when the decision notice for the relevant PDA development application is given. The relevant development may, subject to any relevant PDA development conditions, start when the approval takes effect. However, the approval ceases to have effect if it— is cancelled under section 98 ; or lapses under section 100 or 102 . (sec.95-ssec.1) A PDA development approval has effect from when the decision notice for the relevant PDA development application is given. (sec.95-ssec.2) The relevant development may, subject to any relevant PDA development conditions, start when the approval takes effect. (sec.95-ssec.3) However, the approval ceases to have effect if it— is cancelled under section 98 ; or lapses under section 100 or 102 .

- (b) lapses under section 100 or 102 .
